Welcome to "Fascination Comics", one of the focal themes of the Frankfurt Book Fair 2001. The programme is presented to you by comic.de, Germany's leading comics website
If you don't take comics seriously, they won't be any fun. On this principle, the Frankfurt Book Fair intends to repeat last year's success. Graphic novels, comic books and comic strips, superheroes, manga, fantasy, science fiction, adventure and humour, comics for children and for grown ups - there are many aspects of sequential art. "Fascination Comics" shows them all.
The Comics Centre in Hall 3.0 F 104 will host not only discussions, talks, workshops and events, but also exhibitions, the Reader's Corner, and the Comics Café. They invite you to look, browse, and enjoy. The Info Point has all the answers to your questions. You may want to surf the web at our computer terminals, attend autographing sessions and listen to interviews with artists from all over the world.
